USERS' PERSONAL DATA
LISA (Teachplus) retains users' personal data as long as you and your school continue to use LISA. Should you leave, we will permanently delete all users' personal data.
TEST QUESTIONS
When someone creates a question, we make this available to all users. As per the Terms of Use agreed at sign up, LISA (Teachplus) owns all questions added to our database for us and our clients to use.
We need these questions both for other users, and for training our AI by comparing students' answers and grades to the question asked.
STUDENT ANSWERS AND GRADES
LISA retains all student answers and related grades, including any teacher OTJ's (overall teacher judgements) to help develop and refine our grading system. Should a school leave our system, we remove all school and user data; the student answers and grades automatically become anonymised.
